Remember the mysterious package addressed to Indiana Jones delivered to the Universality of Chicago? I wrote about it here.
Turns out a collector had bought a replica of some of the items from the movies, and as all the items were being shipped in one big package, one small one got separated from the rest. The separated package got delivered like an ordinary piece of mail to UC, to be passed on to Dr Henry Watson Jones.

I think this is actually a really great end to the mystery. I'd assumed it was a creative way for a prospective film or art student to show their work, but a lost replica package being mistaken for the real thing sounds like it could be a plot twist out an Indiana Jones Movie itself!
