Snapshot: Berlin

Back in September I was in Berlin for (what else) work. This meant that my travel and hotel were paid for, but it also meant that I was inside in the dark all day and only had time to get some night photos.

The first night it rained, but I didn't let that stop me from heading to Brandenburger Tor. As I got closer, the rain really started to pick up, and I only got a few shots before seeking shelter in an U-bahn. The rain did mean that a lot of other tourists were standing under the gate itself and I got a great view of it!

Also, I ate a Berliner of JFK 'Ich bin ein Berliner' fame. It was just a jelly donut hole, and I didn't particularly care for it.
